Esta informaci\u00f3n marca el inicio y final del tr\u00e1nsito, y permite completar el Cumplido de la Remesa y del Manifiesto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Base legal<\/strong><br>Establecido en la Resoluci\u00f3n 377 de 2013 y la Resoluci\u00f3n 20223040045515 de 2022, debe reportarse al RNDC <strong>dentro de los cinco (5) d\u00edas h\u00e1biles<\/strong> siguientes a la entrega.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Formas de reporte<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Portal interactivo del RNDC.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Empresas de monitoreo satelital (GPS) autorizadas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Torres de control<\/strong> que integran m\u00faltiples GPS y reportan autom\u00e1ticamente.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Esta \u00faltima opci\u00f3n ofrece mayor precisi\u00f3n, eficiencia y control en tiempo real.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Datos obligatorios a reportar<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Fecha y hora de salida del cargue.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fecha y hora de llegada al descargue.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Estos datos deben coincidir con los tiempos log\u00edsticos posteriores y ser\u00e1n usados para validar otros eventos como el inicio y finalizaci\u00f3n del cargue\/descargue, la entrega de mercanc\u00eda y la liquidaci\u00f3n del manifiesto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Consecuencias del incumplimiento<\/strong><br>No reportar a tiempo puede causar el <strong>bloqueo de nuevos manifiestos<\/strong> en el RNDC, afectando la operaci\u00f3n de la empresa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Beneficios del control satelital<\/strong><br>\u2714 Precisi\u00f3n en tiempos.<br>\u2714 Reducci\u00f3n de errores manuales.<br>\u2714 Informaci\u00f3n en l\u00ednea para todos los actores log\u00edsticos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>M\u00e1s que una obligaci\u00f3n, el Cumplido Inicial es una herramienta para mejorar la trazabilidad, eficiencia y seguridad del transporte de carga. Implementarlo correctamente fortalece la operaci\u00f3n y el cumplimiento normativo.
